We invite you to meet our dedicated, professional IsraTransfer Team! This week, we would like to introduce you to Eilit, our Customer Success Team Leader.
Hi. I’m Eilit. Although I was born and raised in Israel. Through watching TV and travelling around the world, I’ve learned to speak fluent English. I’ve visited 15 countries so far and can’t wait to travel again soon.
In the meantime, I love connecting with people from all over the world. This is one of the best parts about working at IsraTransfer.
Customer Success Representatives ensures our customers can successfully use our service. We make sure their voices are heard within the company and their needs are being met. As the Customer Success Team Leader, my job includes managing the Customer Success Representatives and navigating between the clients’ needs and the company’s goals.
My main on-the-job priorities are problem solving and communication. Problem solving is key when dealing with transferring funds, since dealing with the Israeli banking system can get complicated. I try to expect the unexpected and plan for different obstacles that could arise. Foresight and planning are essential to ensure my clients’ funds arrive in their accounts as quickly as possible.
In my role at IsraTransfer, I aim to really listen to our clients and effectively communicate their needs to the other departments. As the employees with the strongest day-to-day relationship to the clients, Customer Success staff are the ones to make sure compliance, sales and management are aware of any issues that arise. In addition, I make sure we are communicating effectively with our customers so that they understand the process and our able to use our services hassle-free.
At the end of the day, I know our customers are happy when they know we care. At IsraTransfer, this is our number one priority.
