General Info & Payment Deadlines
Our primary aim is to assist your clients in transferring money in a smooth, cost-effective, and safe way. While we always try our best with whatever requests we are given, it is important to put in place some general operational guidelines and cut-off times for the main services we provide. This will help manage your expectations and plan signing contracts. Requests received after the cut-off time will be ready on the next available business day

Regular Transfers

If the transfer is for a property purchase, the bank will check if the payment is mentioned in the contract. If it differs, the bank will require a written letter of explanation.
Zahav Transfers

Release of Information and Taking Instructions
Your client must sign IsraTransfer’s Power of Attorney Form in order for you to receive information about their account and/or receive information only.
Third-Party Transfers
We require invoices in order to make third-party transfers on behalf of clients.

Property Shovar Payment

Bank Checks

It may take up to 24 hours for the check to be ready, however, in most cases it will be the same day as the request is made (as long as it’s before the deadline). If more than one person is selling the property, and you request a check in only one of their names, the bank will want a written explanation of the reason
Collection
The checks are like cash, and therefore we are very restrictive on who we can release them to. The client must always sign IsraTransfer’s waiver to give permission to release the bank check to a third party. If you have Power of Attorney for the client (via an IsraTransfer signed Power of Attorney form) we can release the check to you, or you can sign the waiver to release it to someone else. We will not release these to a courier or taxi driver.
