Salesforce Business Analyst
Full time position (Hybrid) from our Ramat Gan Office
We are looking for someone with:
-
A minimum of 2 years Hands On experience in Salesforce as an Admin/Implementer
-
Significant experience with all of the following Salesforce tools:
-
Automation Tools (Flow, Process Builder)
-
Salesforce Experience Cloud – Customer Community
-
Complex ERD and custom business processes
-
Case & Service Management
-
Sandbox and Deployment management tools
-
At least one Salesforce certification, most likely as Salesforce Certified Administrator
-
A minimum of 2 years experience as a business process analyst (not necessarily using Salesforce)
-
Proven experience with all of the following:
-
Interviewing colleagues/clients to understand business requirements using their terminology and understanding
-
Creating documentation which reflects these needs
-
Designing small to medium scale solutions and presenting them for review and approve
-
Breaking down projects into manageable technical tasks
-
Managing a project’s timeline, scope, deliverables and deadlines
-
Sharing accurate and insightful updates with the team regarding progress and challenges
-
Excellent inter-personal skills
-
Excellent level of spoken and written English
-
A strong commitment to excellent customer service
-
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or flaws
-
A creative, collaborative team-player
In this role, you will be expected to:
-
Spend up to 50% of your time managing the company’s internal Salesforce projects within agreed timelines and scope
-
Manage a number of projects/competing priorities at the same time, never missing deadlines or deliverables.
-
Implement (hands on) Salesforce solutions for the company’s project in collaboration with an internal Salesforce colleague and in partnership with external vendors/consultants, to include list views, page layouts, lightning pages, reports, dashboards, email templates, user management
-
Design and refine new/existing business processes, and look for improvements or efficiencies to help the company’s users to work smarter

Help the company’s customers (from time to time) with login/platform problems they may encounter
-
Report to the Management Team of the company, be directly accountable to the CEO, and supervise the work of your Salesforce colleague.

Salesforce Developer/Admin
Full time position (hybrid) from our Ramat Gan Office
We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of 1 years Hands On experience in Salesforce as a Developer

Apex Classes, Apex Triggers

Visualforce

Aura Components and LWC
-
Sandbox and Deployment tools

A minimum of 1 years experience Hands On as an Admin of in Salesforce

Proven experience with all of the following:

Salesforce Experience Cloud – Customer Community

Complex ERD and custom business processes

Case & Service Management

Excellent inter-personal skills

In this role, you will be expected to:

Spend up to 75% of your time creating/updating custom coded solutions as part of the company’s internal Salesforce projects within agreed timelines and scope

Spend the rest of your time implementing declarative Salesforce solutions in collaboration with an internal Salesforce colleague and in partnership with external vendors/consultants, to include list views, page layouts, lightning pages, reports, dashboards, email templates, user management

Help the company’s customers (from time to time) with login/platform problems they may encounter
-
Report to the Management Team of the company, and be directly supervised by the Salesforce Business Analyst
