Marketing Manager
Full time position from our Jerusalem or Ramat Gan Office
We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget, as well as preparing forecasts.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

Generating new business leads.

Increasing brand awareness and market share.

Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales department.

Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.

Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Compliance Associate
Full time position from our Ramat Gan Office

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team, working from our Ramat Gan office.
Job Description:
· Identifying and monitoring irregular activity for reporting purposes, implementing monitoring processes and preparing irregular activity reports.
· Providing relevant training to different departments.
· Implementing controls to ensure that the company’s processes are fully compliant.
· Responding and guiding fellow employees in the field of identifying and preventing money laundering and the financing of terror activities
· Verifying the correct documentation and dealing with the banks and the relevant authorities
· Work as part of a team, in the company's offices in Ramat Gan.
· Hybrid working after the initial training period.
Requirements:
· At least two years of experience in a finance company - required
· Experience working with anti-money laundering methodologies- an advantage.
· English at mother tongue level is mandatory.
· Experience in preparing reports and analyzing the products - an advantage.
· Analytical skills - data analysis, research and drawing conclusions – an advantage

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and engage with them on email, telephone and face to face meetings.
